God Bless America...

"You don't know what you've got till it's gone..."

Wow i really miss the team. Thank goodness for technology..Facebook, Blogger.

It's hard to imagine spending only a mere 2 weeks with a bunch of people and yet feeling an instant attraction to their personalities and just to them. In those weeks God knitted us close together and many of us have formed close friendships. I know I certainly did and i miss those guys like crazy now!

I read somewhere that,

"Friendship isn't about being inseparable, it's about being separated and nothing changes."

That's how I hope my friendship with those crazy Americans will be like. Even though we live in different time zones and miles upon miles apart I hope that this will not hinder the friendships, it will be awkward but we will stay in contact, God willing.

This is the wall beside my bed, on it I have stuck my T-shirt. It has been signed and lots of messages are scribbled all over it. I love it. It reminds me of the amazing people God brought into my life and also of how powerful he was in that Kittys Road week. Around the t-shirt I have stuck the Words of Encouragement i received. Sometimes it's nice to have a wee encouragement right beside your bed. :)!

It was dark cloudy and yet the sun was slowly coming out, I'm a crap photographer but I like this photo, it has meaning for me.
God is good.
Amen.
Jules.

It was an incredible time. It's amazing how God works to make friendships quickly. When doing outreach like that, it's so important to have a close-knit group, and He made it all that and more. What a blessing! God is good.
